Health care facilities caring for a pregnant or delivered patient who has been diagnosed with HIV by a rapid HIV test on labor and delivery or through prenatal HIV testing shall report a case of diagnosed HIV infection in an adult in accordance with the HIV/AIDS Registry Act and the Illinois Sexually Transmissible Disease Control Act.
