This flip chart, created by the Perinatal Rapid Testing Implementation Initiative in Illinois (PRTII2), was originally developed in 2004 to provide hospital staff with a script for perinatal rapid HIV test counseling in labor and delivery units. Please note that this resource may not reflect the current perinatal HIV testing law in Illinois.
